Get help using the Prevent duty training service

Technical difficulties

If you experience any technical difficulties with the service, email us at prevent.training@homeoffice.gov.uk 

We aim to reply within 3 working days.

Support in completing the training

If you need any support with completing the training for example if the service is not working, the page you are looking for cannot be found, or a link is broken, speak to your line manager or your Prevent single point of contact within your organisation.

Questions about local policy or procedure

If you have questions about your local policy or procedures, speak to your local Prevent single point of contact within your organisation.

Sharing concerns about a family member, friend or member of your community

If you do not work for a sector that falls under the Prevent duty, but you have a concern about a person that you would like to share, contact your local council (opens in a new tab) or call the national police Prevent advice line on 0800 011 3764.
